The most sustainable approach I have found personally for myself to lose weight (which lead to my other health issues also getting solved) was to learn how to eat FOR ME. Counting calories did not work (and is a very misleading approach). I also tried all the other diets out there over the years of just trying to figure it out (weight watchers, low fat, low carb, keto, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.). But once I figured out how to read my body and understand what its REALLY ASKING FOR: THAT’s when change FINALLY happened and how I was able to STAY healthy for the LONG TERM.
Because isn’t that what we just want: To be able to eat and not stress over it?
