Sugar does weird things to our brains. We all know this. We also know that we are supposed to give up sugar (or at least decrease it), to help our health. But why is it so fraking hard to do?!
I have/still do struggle with eating sugar. Its my personal weakness. Especially, when I am stressed and/or tired. Its the first thing I reach for when I have had a stressful day.
But its not my fault. Sugary things literally changes our brains.
